Welcome to Ayscoughfee Hall School's Online Booking System. You can use this system to book Hot Meals, Parents Evening appointments and Extra-Curricular Clubs.
- To access this secure area you will need a 'Parent Login'. A Username and Password will be issued to you as part of your Welcome Pack from the school.

We are fortunate to have Willoughby Foods provide our hot meals and packed lunches.
Stuart and Alison Ashton, owners of Willoughby Foods started out as local Arable and Livestock Farmers. In 2005 they started their catering business, supplying schools with healthy and nutritious hot dinners. Ingredients are sourced locally, supporting the companies 'farm to plate' ethos.
The current cost of a school meal is £2.80 per day. A menu is attached for you to view the selection of the varied meals that they can offer.
If your child would like to have hot meals you can book their menu choice online. We ask that you book their hot meals for a 6 week term, as changing during this period may result in you getting charged for a meal or one not being ordered. If your child would like to change from packed lunch to school dinners or the other way round they may only do so by giving the office a terms notice.
You will be notified by the school Newsletter and Parent Mail when the forthcoming menu choice is available to view and when the booking system will be open and when it will close.
Hot Meals are payable termly in advance with the school fees invoice. Regrettably, no refunds will be payable in case of holiday or illness.
Parents’ Evening takes place twice a year, during the Autumn and Spring Term. To schedule an appointment with your child’s teacher you must use the Online Booking System. Before each Parents' Evening you will be informed when the booking system will be open and when it will close. Generally the booking system will be open for one week before the event. Please note that if you have more than one child at the school you leave enough time between appointments in the event appointment times over run.
Ayscoughfee is committed to offering a range of extra-curricular clubs after school and at lunchtime. Attendance at school clubs are booked on a termly basis via the Online Booking System. A list of the clubs we offer are on the forthcoming Terms Calendar that is sent out via your child’s book bag at the end of each term. Activities are offered to children from Reception onwards. Some clubs are limited to particular year groups or have limits on the number who can attend. Therefore, bookings for extra-curricular clubs are taken on a strictly first come first served basis. You will be advised when the booking system will be open, normally on the first day back of term and when it will close. All clubs must be booked online, bookings cannot be taken via the school office.
All clubs run by school staff are free of charge. Costs for clubs run by external providers are charged, you will be notified of the costs by a separate letter and payment can be made through the school office.
Please note that when booking extra-curricular clubs you ensure your child does not have a music lesson at the same time as we cannot change the time of the music lesson.
