We are so proud of our Kindergarten children, who have settled beautifully into school life and enjoyed their very first full week with us. It has been a joy to see the boys and girls growing in confidence, making new friends and beginning to share so much about themselves.

This week, we have been talking about our families, our likes and dislikes and what makes each of us unique. The children have loved joining in with our class story, I Like Bees, I Don’t Like Honey and we have also been sharing some of our favourite books from home.

It has been such a joy to watch the children settle into routines, learning to line up, join in with activities and begin their school journey. Boys and girls – we are so proud of you!

Many of the children who joined Kindergarten this year first came along to Bright Beginnings, our toddler group that runs every Friday during term time from 10.00am to 11.30am. It has been lovely to see those familiar faces returning as Kindergarten pupils and we look forward to welcoming more toddlers as they begin their own journeys with us.

Well done, Kindergarten – what an amazing start! We are excited to see all the wonderful things you will do this year.
