Reception had a lovely visit to Wansford Train Station. They enjoyed learning about Steam Engines and how the Postal Service used to work by using trains.

To continue their learning on Steam Engines, we were lucky enough to have a visit from one of our pupil's grandparents, who came to show the children a hot air engine and some small steam engines. The children enjoyed watching the pistons turn the wheel and listening to the noise of the engine.
