We took two U11 teams to The Peterborough School on Wednesday this week, the weather looking a bit ominous but fortunately as we got to Peterborough the rain soon stopped and we were able to play in relative dryness.
Our U11 Team played outside and got off to a strong start leading 2-0 in the first quarter. The Peterborough School were quick to react and levelled 2-2 at half time. Both teams played some excellent netball, working really hard in defence and trying to hold off the other team whilst capitalising on attacking opportunities, they found themselves 4-4 going into the last quarter. It really was a fight to the finish with Peterborough just scraping the lead by two goals on the final whistle. Well done to you all, a fantastic effort.

Our U11 Team were lucky to play indoors, however it proved to be a little too warm!  Both teams had many shooting opportunities, The Peterborough School played strongly and were controlling the game well. We played some super netball, some accurate passing and movement off the ball, passing with fluency down the court. Well done girls, whilst we didn't win you really stuck at it and can take all those positives away for our next game, a super effort!
