Ayscoughfee entered two teams into the third Hockey tournament of the season. It was our B team’s first match together and they played with enthusiasm and effort in all of their four games. They lost 2, drew 1 and won 1. The players rotated their positions and really enjoyed the experience on the large astro-pitch under the floodlights. 

Our A team’s first game was against a very strong team and our players battled hard. Our team held it together and managed to score 1 goal as consolations towards the end, though were beaten. In the second game our players linked together and played some lovely flowing hockey producing a good win. The final game was very close and we missed numerous opportunities to score so were very unlucky to lose 1-0.
