Perfect day for an afternoon of cricket!

Our U9s had an exciting, high-scoring game against St. Hugh’s on Wednesday afternoon, with plenty of action from both sides!

We posted 110/5, and St Hugh’s replied with 140/4. A tight contest that came down to their bowling strength.

Fantastic teamwork, strong communication, and loads of positivity from our U9 players – well done to all involved!

Meanwhile, our U11s took on a tough St Hugh’s team in a closely contested match.

We batted first and went for our shots which made it exciting – but a few too many wickets were taken in the end. Our fielding and bowling matched St Hugh's and everything was kept tight with some lovely cricket being played by both teams.

Final score: AHS 243-11 St Hugh's 278-5 (If wickets had been put aside, scores would have been 298 – 303).

A lovely afternoon of cricket, sunshine, sportsmanship, and team spirit!

Thank you to all the players and the parents who came along to support.
