It was the team’s first fixture together and weather conditions were not friendly. The A team played on pitch A in League 1 and met some fierce opposition. Led by SH, the players found their positions over the four games they played. The games were all well balanced, though in two of the games we felt that on another day, we would have scored a few goals and come away with victories. As it was, our team had four strong draws 0-0, 1-1, 0-0, 0-0. 

The B team also met tough opposition. For some players it was their first proper Hockey match, so the results from the four games had very respectable score lines, two close losses and two draws, 0-1,0-2,0-0,0-0. Top effort and teamwork were given by all. Well done!
